How does Club Sicilian Goodness work?
Membership is free and every new member receives 500 loyalty points. Show your customer code at checkout: every €1 spent earns 10 points. Points unlock rewards, while registered spend over the last 90 days determines your PLUS, TOP or PREMIUM level.
How many points do I earn and when do I get a reward?
You earn 10 points for every €1 spent. When you reach 1,000 points, you can redeem a reward in store and choose Arancino, Sicilian Cannolo, 2-scoop Gelato or Breakfast, subject to store availability. Redeeming a reward deducts 1,000 points.
How are points credited?
For online purchases, points are credited automatically to your profile. In store, points are credited immediately when you identify yourself before payment using your phone number, full name or card number.
When do points expire?
Points can be used until 31 January following the end of the earning period. Any remaining balance is reset on 1 February.
Which coupons are currently available?
Active coupons are: Welcome -10%, Birthday -10%, Anniversary -10%, TOP €2 off a minimum €20 spend, PREMIUM €5 off a minimum €50 spend, and Refer a Friend -10% with no minimum spend, valid 30 days, when the invited friend registers and makes a purchase of at least €10.
How does the Welcome -10% coupon work?
It is assigned to new members and can be used once within 7 days, both online and in stores.
How do Birthday and Anniversary coupons work?
They are assigned automatically on the relevant date, provide a 10% discount and are valid for 7 days. The system may send a reminder 2 days beforehand.
How do PLUS, TOP and PREMIUM levels work?
PLUS is the base level. TOP is reached with €250 of registered spend in the last 90 days and is protected for at least 30 days. PREMIUM is reached with €500 in the last 90 days and is protected for at least 60 days.
What benefits do TOP and PREMIUM receive?
TOP receives the €2 off €20 coupon, +10% points in bonus campaigns and +200 birthday points. PREMIUM receives €5 off €50, +30% bonus campaign points and +500 birthday points. The Refer a Friend -10% benefit is available to all tiers.
How does Refer a Friend work?
When the invited friend registers through your personal link and makes a purchase of at least €10, you receive a -10% coupon with no minimum spend, valid for 30 days. The benefit is available to PLUS, TOP and PREMIUM members.
What is the +200 point return campaign?
It is not a discount coupon. After 30 days of inactivity, an offer may be proposed: return within 7 days, spend at least €10 and receive +200 points.
Can coupons be combined and are they valid in every store?
Coupons cannot be combined unless otherwise stated. They can be used at participating Sicilian Goodness stores; exclusions, minimum spend and expiry are always shown on each coupon.
Can I use the Club without installing the app?
Yes, the app is optional. At checkout you can identify yourself using your phone number, full name or card number. The app and digital card simply make it easier to check points, tier, rewards and coupons.
How do I open the digital card?
Open the Fidelity page, sign in to your profile and choose Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Your personal card is generated and opened directly on your device.
Club Sicilian Goodness is the official loyalty program of the Sicilian Goodness network. Rewards and coupons are used according to the conditions, expiry dates and limits shown in the profile.
