FAQ
The answers you need, all in one place.
For allergens, coeliac disease, availability, opening hours and specific services, always check the latest information directly with the store.
01What can I find at Sicilian Goodness?+
Our range brings together sweet and savoury Sicilian specialties: arancini, savoury pastries, cannoli, Sicilian pastry, artisan gelato, granita, coffee bar and caffetteria. Availability may vary by store and season.
02Do you offer gluten-free products?+
Yes. Selected gluten-free options are available. Check the current Menu or ask store staff for what is available when you visit.
03Are the gluten-free options suitable for people with coeliac disease?+
If you have coeliac disease, allergies or intolerances, always ask staff for current information about ingredients, allergens, preparation and possible cross-contamination. A gluten-free recipe does not automatically guarantee the absence of contamination.
04Do you also have vegan or lactose-free options?+
Some alternatives are designed for different dietary needs, including vegan and lactose-free options. Composition and availability may change, so always check the current Menu and confirm with the store.
05Is the ricotta in your cannoli made from sheep’s milk?+
Yes. Our cannoli cream follows Sicilian tradition and is based on Sicilian sheep’s-milk ricotta.
06Does the ricotta cream contain candied fruit?+
The ricotta cream itself does not contain candied fruit. Some finishes may include nuts, candied fruit or other decorations, so check your chosen version if you have preferences or allergies.
07How should I store purchased products?+
Cannoli are best eaten on the day of purchase, because the shell naturally softens. If savoury pastries need storing, keep them refrigerated at about +4 °C and reheat before eating. Ask staff for product-specific guidance.
08Do you offer home delivery?+
Yes. Delivery is available through the platforms listed in our Delivery section, including Glovo and Deliveroo, depending on store and area coverage.
09Do you accept bookings for parties or private occasions?+
Yes. Contact us to discuss dedicated bookings and requests. For organised events, we recommend planning in advance so availability, quantities and service arrangements can be confirmed.
10Do you provide catering?+
Yes. Sicilian Goodness can assess catering requests for events, with products and service organisation tailored to the occasion. Contact us through the website for a specific request.
11Where are Sicilian Goodness stores located?+
The active network has four stores: Padova City Centre, Padova Centro Giotto, Padova Fiera and Marcon at CC Valecenter. The central laboratory is in Noventa Padovana and is dedicated to production and logistics, not public retail.
12What are your opening hours?+
Opening hours vary by store and may change on holidays or special occasions. Check the Stores page and the latest information for the location you plan to visit.
13Is parking available near the stores?+
Parking depends on the location. Use the Stores page to open directions and check the most convenient route and nearby facilities.
14Do you have a loyalty programme?+
Yes. Club Sicilian Goodness® is free: every €1 spent earns 10 points, at 1,000 points you can choose a reward, and registered spend over the last 90 days determines your PLUS, TOP or PREMIUM level. Personal coupons and benefits are also available according to Club conditions.
15What do you do to reduce food waste?+
Sicilian Goodness works with Too Good To Go to give part of the day’s unsold sweet and savoury food a second chance and help reduce food waste.
16Which part of Sicily does Sicilian Goodness come from?+
The project’s roots are in the province of Catania, between Ramacca and Palagonia. The brand was created to take Sicilian flavours, recipes and hospitality culture into a contemporary format.

We use pasteurised ricotta cream made from 100% Sicilian sheep’s-milk ricotta from San Biagio Platani, in the province of Agrigento, in the Sicani Mountains.
